Shrimp rice burger with thai spicy sauce

Ingredients

  1. Traditional thai spicy sauce J-Lek
  2. White bread
  3. Evaporated milk
  4. Minced shrimp
  5. Shrimp oil
  6. Onion
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Coriander root
  9. Garlic
  10. Pepper
  11. Fish sauce
  12. Egg
  13. Dipped the sticky rice into the eggs and pan fried
  14. Oil

Cooking Step

  1. Mix breadcrumb, condensed milk, minced shrimp, shrimp paste, coriander leaves, coriander root, garlic, pepper and fish sauce together.
  2. Fry mixed sticky rice cover with egg.
  3. Serve with J-Lek Thai spicy sauce.
