Green curry with chicken


  1. Green curry paste J-Lek
  2. Coconut milk
  3. Chicken
  4. Lime leaf
  5. Thai eggplant
  6. Pea eggplant
  7. Fish sauce
  8. Palm sugar
  9. Red chili
  10. Basil leaf

Cooking Step

  1. To simmer green curry paste “J-Lek” with coconut milk until it’s boiled.
  2. Add chicken meat, kaffir lime leaves, egg plant, pea egg plant, fish sauce, palm sugar, red chili, basil leaves, and cook until it’s boiled.
  3. Serve with hot steamed rice
