Padthai

Ingredients

  1. Padthai sauce
  2. Narok Kong Chili Paste
  3. Oil
  4. Shrimp
  5. Onion
  6. Salted turnip
  7. Dried shrimp
  8. Tofu yellow
  9. Driedricenoodle
  10. Eggs
  11. Bean sprouts
  12. Spring onion
  13. Cayenne peper
  14. Water

Cooking Step

  1. Stir fry the shrimp with oil, until it’s cooked.
  2. Add sliced onion, salted turnip, dried shrimp, yellow tofu, and stir fried with oil.
  3. Add Pad Thai noodle, fish sauce, Pad Thai sauce “J-Lek” , egged, stir fried until it’s cooked.
  4. Add beansprout, spring onion, and prepared shrimp, shrimp curry paste “J-Lek”, then stir until blended thoroughly.
  5. Ready to serve.
