Seafood panang curry

  1. Stir fry Panang curry paste “J-Lek” until it’s boiled.
  2. Add coconut milk, shrimp, squid, red chili, basil leaves, deep fried fish (Seabass), sliced kaffir lime leaves, stir fry until cooked.
  3. Serve with hot steamed rice.

Spicy curry with winter melon and pork

  1. Stir fry Red Curry Paste “J-Lek” with oil till aroma.
  2. Add coconut milk, pork meat, winter gourd, kaffir lime leaves, water, palm sugar, basil leaves, red chili, cook until it’s boiled.
  3. Serve with hot steamed rice

  1. Stir fry Massaman curry paste “J-Lek” brand with oil until have aroma
  2. Put coconut milk, beef, potato, onion, then heating together until boil
  3. Add fish sauce, tamarind paste, palm sugar peanut, and heating until well cooked.
  4. Serve with hot steamed rice

Grilled duck noodle with massaman sauce

  1. Stir fry Massaman curry paste “J-Lek” brand until cooked.
  2. Add coconut milk, potato, red onion, tamarind paste, palm sugar, peanut, cook until boiled.
  3. Serve with grilled duck and egg noodle.

Ink spaghetti in red curry sauce with onsen egg

  1. Put belly pork, dried chili, Red curry paste “J-Lek”, and stir fry until it’s well mixed.
  2. Add plain milk, fish sauce, palm sugar, black spaghetti, basil leaves, red chili, parmesan cheese, and stir fry until well cooked.
  3. Serve with Onsen Tamago.

Green curry tart with shrimp

  1. Stir fry milk with Green curry paste “J-Lek” thoroughly.
  2. Put shrimp, Spinach, basil leaves, fish sauce, palm sugar, Cheddar cheese, and stir fry until cooked.
  3. Fill all prepared mixtures in tart and put in overn about 20 mins.
  4. Ready to serve.

  1. Pour J-Lek ready to eat green curry into a frying pan, put on high heat until it is boiled.
  2. Add pork, pea eggplant, chili, basil and wait until it is cooked.
  3. Serve with hot white rice

Crilled chicken panang sauce with avocado salsa

  1. Stir fry J-Lek Panang curry paste.
  2. Add fish sauce, coconut milk and small amout of coconut sugar.
  3.  Add tomato, sweet chili, avocado, shallot, garlic, tabasco, lime juice, paprika powder coriander and mix together.
  4. Serve with hot white rice.
