Seafood pizza with sukiyaki sauce

Ingredients

  1. Sukiyaki sauce J-Lek
  2. Crispy flour
  3. Eggs
  4. Seasoning sauce
  5. Chinse moring glory
  6. Celery
  7. Baby corn
  8. Carrot
  9. Straw mushrooms
  10. Mussel
  11. Squid boiled
  12. Shrimp boiled
  13. Oil
  14. Water

Cooking Step

  1. Mix all-purpose flour, egg, and water thoroughly.
  2. Add soy sauce, Chinese morning glory, cerlery, baby corn, carrot, straw mushroom, mussel, boiled squid, boiled shrimp, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir fry all prepared mixture.
  4. Serve with Sukiyaki sauce “J-Lek”
