Green curry with chicken
Ingredients
- Green curry paste J-Lek
- Coconut milk
- Chicken
- Lime leaf
- Thai eggplant
- Pea eggplant
- Fish sauce
- Palm sugar
- Red chili
- Basil leaf
Cooking Step
- To simmer green curry paste “J-Lek” with coconut milk until it’s boiled.
- Add chicken meat, kaffir lime leaves, egg plant, pea egg plant, fish sauce, palm sugar, red chili, basil leaves, and cook until it’s boiled.
- Serve with hot steamed rice
