- Padthai sauce
- Narok Kong Chili Paste
- Oil
- Shrimp
- Onion
- Salted turnip
- Dried shrimp
- Tofu yellow
- Driedricenoodle
- Eggs
- Bean sprouts
- Spring onion
- Cayenne peper
- Water
Cooking Step
- Stir fry the shrimp with oil, until it’s cooked.
- Add sliced onion, salted turnip, dried shrimp, yellow tofu, and stir fried with oil.
- Add Pad Thai noodle, fish sauce, Pad Thai sauce “J-Lek” , egged, stir fried until it’s cooked.
- Add beansprout, spring onion, and prepared shrimp, shrimp curry paste “J-Lek”, then stir until blended thoroughly.
- Ready to serve.
