- Add vietnamese rice paper into water.
- Add lettuce, vermicelli, melon, scalded baby corn, scalded white cabbage, scalded spring onion, scalded shrimp and omlet in to rice paper.

How to make 2 styles of spicy sukiyaki dipping sauce
1st style
- Pour J-Lek sukiyaki sauce into a small cup.
- Add chopped garlic, sliced chili, minced parsley, 1 table spoon of lime juice and mix them well.
2nd style
- Pour J-Lek sukiyaki sauce into a small cup.
- Add chopped garlic, fried garlic, sliced chili, celery, sesami oil and mix them well.

- Boil chicken stock.
- Add carrot, chicken thighs, baby corn, vermicelli, egg, celery and boil until it is cooked.
