Chicken pop with crispy garlic tamarind sauce
Ingredients
- Tamarind sauce J-Lek
 - Chicken breast
 - Light soya sauce
 - Crispy flour
 - Crispy garlic
 - Oil
 
Cooking Step
- Mix chicken’s breast with soy sauce, and all purpose flour thoroughly, then bring to stir fry.
 - Simmer Tamarind sauce “J-Lek” until boiled.
 - Put deep fried chicken’s breast, and stir fry thoroughly.
 - Sprinkle crispy garlic.
 - Ready to eat.
