Seafood panang curry
Ingredients
- Panang curry paste J-Lek
- Oil
- Coconut milk
- Shrimp
- Squid
- Red chili
- Basil leaf
- Fried snapper
- Chopped kaffir lime leaves
- Palm sugar
Cooking Step
- Stir fry Panang curry paste “J-Lek” until it’s boiled.
- Add coconut milk, shrimp, squid, red chili, basil leaves, deep fried fish (Seabass), sliced kaffir lime leaves, stir fry until cooked.
- Serve with hot steamed rice.
